Why “One Star Gone”? I have a birthmark on my shoulder that looks like the Litter Dipper but with the last star-Polaris-missing. Polaris, otherwise known as the “North Star” has long been known as the most important directional star, always guiding the way. Without the North Star, I like to think we’re not lost, but taking other directions to find our way. With one star gone, we’re going in another direction to find out who we are. Embrace going in another direction!
